Add feature to limit continuous selling of items

I think the update will add a feature that won't let you sell items on the market continuously. How do you feel when the quest board doesn't display pixels and when you buy items you encounter things like this?

establishes a minimum time of 5 to 10 minutes to republish a sale, in order to control some users who are taking over the market, without letting anyone sell, changing their order in front of everyone who publishes.
