When planting clover seeds, depending on the tier of soil the seed is planted in, there should be an increase in the chances of a four leaf clover with higher tier soils.

Thank you for clarifying. It is painfully obvious to me (someone who has been gaming for over 20 years) that the understanding of what makes a game fun and playable is beyond your dev's understanding. It is almost as if making the game fun is just well... OUT OF SCOPE.
