Let land owners and guild owners set fees for industry use

Our guild owns three lands with many industries. It would really be nice of other people would, for instance, be charged for tying up our resources. Trying to use the mill to grind a 5 minute thing is hard enough to do without having some guy who is farther along try to mill something that is going to take an hour. Letting land owners make an income from non guild members using up resources would be an interesting economic development.

the nft land can be upgraded to access the vip room, people can access the vip room if they pay with pixels, lets say 1 land has 4 industries, cooking, stoneshaping, metalworking, woodworking. some industries, outside the VIP room can be accessed by the public or guild members, but if we go to the vip door, there is an industry option with pixel prices (the land owner sets the price per hour), so if someone pays for it for 1 hour, no one can access the vip industry except the player who rented it for an hour. devs can take 10% of rented fee. better than lootrush, people can rent industry what they want, It doesn't have to be 1 plot of land, so it will be cheaper and it will make income for developer also

I believe that letting people freely use the industries at a cost and without competition would be really benefical for everybody. Great idea.
