Please help me, your support employee Willard from Pixels is exceeding his authority. My account has never been banned in three years of playing.

I have very often cut off the light in Ukraine because of the war, I was planting clover and my internet and light was cut off, I was without electricity for 8 hours in a row. I wake up in the morning and see the inscription "Inappropriate behavior towards others in game"

I immediately start writing to support, Willard answers me in a rude way and closes my ticket. I did not say anything bad to anyone in the game, I do not communicate with anyone there.

Then the support employee Willard blocks me from submitting tickets on https://help.pixels.xyz/ and the ability to contact support, I have not violated the rules, never used cheats and malware, I have one account. Also Willard from Pixels blocks me in Discord on the Pixels server and leaves me without the possibility to ask for help at all.

I ask you to look into this situation, I was told that this support worker is getting a lot of complaints, he bans unfairly and does not give answers, he does not help people, he communicates in a rude manner, as if he is the creator of this beautiful game.

hello my account was banned for no reason. i think its because I'm just up my farm lvl...but its because ihave work and i com in game and farm and leave but i dont think its make my ban..if you free my acount well i do somthing else this time ty
