Sauna Portal makes little to no difference at the game play.

You should be able to teleport in many places like inside bucks galore, inside Bank , decor store etc or even to whatever land you choose, so this (expensive) item makes sense.

If team decides not to upgrade it, at least make it to land inside the sauna, so you dont need the extra walk
