Skill must have a certain level gap inorder to obtain the maximum pixel on a particular industry

My understanding with the current algorithm

example:

Cooking: Level 0

Woodworing: Level 20, etc.

Stone Shaping: Level 70

You can get

;max 20 pixels @lvl 64 from Stoneshaping

;max 8 pixels @lvl 44 from Stoneshaping

Suggestion:

There must be a level gap between the lowest level industry VS other industry

.: you can only get pixel from stoneshaping base on the lowest skill +5 level (Cooking Lvl 0 + 5).

So that players will be force to level up other skills.
