Taskboard reconsiderations

The taskboard seems to be set up in a permanent fashion for rewards. I can not even make an elite mine kit but i would buy one if i wanted the rewards. Meanwhile, in the marketplace, one person is selling 208 of them. Two HUNDRED and eight. Obviously there were built for the XP and great for them. Awesome job leveling up. But for the non-whales, having one is a big moment in our lives. Getting the same reward in the taskboard for a midclass player and a whale should NOT be the same. Shouldn't the rewards from the TB be based on a percentage of coins already owned or maybe based on the skill of the item asked for in the TB?
skill of 60 required for making elite mine kit. Maybe take player's current skill level to produce the item and use to divide by the level required to produce it ( level 60 for elite mine kit). If it's a whale, maybe they have level 80. Their score would be (60/80)=0.75. A person with level 30 would be (60/30)=2. Since the level 30 person HAD to have bought it or traded it, they should get bigger reward for the bigger risk. The whale gets 0.75 since they can make the item easily or probably have 208 laying around. This will reduce money going to whales and help middle income players. It would even up the rewards and cut back on the inflation. Newer players would get enough money to not be discouraged from having no money.
