We highly suggest that VIP energy claiming should be like sauna bathing in which cooldown starts even if it wasn't claimed yet, as long as within 8hrs interval. In that way, we can manage our time more plus a better way if ever server error happens again. Notification 15mins before the claiming time would be a bonus as well. I think this is not too much to ask as a VIP.
