Transparency reputation system
Why is reputation important for players and why do we care so much about reputation Reputation has an important role what players can or can’t do in Pixels. Access Market Withdraw Pixels Trade with other players Flaws in the reputation system introduced with chapter 2. The new reputation system is dynamic which will increases / decreased by player interaction. There is no transparency however why reputation increases or worst decreases. Nor Farm hands on Discord or support has access to data or can players explain well why reputation in or decreases. As mentioned several times by Luke and Heidi participating in quests or live event has a positive influence on your reputation and players are encouraged to participate in those to gain reputation. I have started to play Pixels on the June 6 and been a active daily player, active guild member, worked hard to level my skills and participated in every quest and live op events also those where I have invested time, coins and Pixels to participate in live op events. Quests and Live events are limited giving players limited opportunities to gain small reputation increases. The sad reality is that with the dynamic reputation system Pixels team can take away those hard earned reputation without any notification or explanation or why reputation decreased. This has now happened twice to me in a short time span: On Friday 9 at the beginning of the evening I lost 270 reputation without any notice. It was later explained very briefly in the AMA that it was done to rebalance the guild reputation. This has led to a lot of questions on Discord which no one could answer. Today December 8 I lost another 500 reputation without any explanation of why? Not being able to provide transparency has unfortunately let to the situation that I led my Guild leader know today that I will not participate in the upcoming Guild Wars 2 live ops event as part of a serious trust issue that if reputation is given this can be taken away somewhere in the future. I’m close to needing to renew my VIP but seriously doubting if I should renew since it starting to look like the only trusted way to retain reputation is by paying for it (pay to win model). What does need to chance While the reputation system is dynamic it is understandable that not all the increases can be explained but at least: At the start of new Quests or Live Op event communicate if and how much reputation is given this will take away a lot of questions on Discord about does this quest give reputation? This will make it also that players can up front decided if they want to invest time, coins or Pixels in a quest or a Live Op event. Be transparent when reputation from quests or live op events are rewarded. We had several quests and Live op events where players where asking on Discord why reputation has not been send and no one could answer other than next week maybe….. If a reputation rebalance is required announce it first on Discord or in a AMA with an explanation of why the rebalance is required to take place this should lead at least to more understanding than just take it away and hope no one will notice. We notice because we players find importance and care for our reputation.

Reputation score guild membership / Industry limit Guild NFT lands
With the 2.5 update we will also see a rework of the reputation system in Pixels. A list of new reputation scores have been shared on Discord. I’m missing one and that is receiving reputation for being active in a guild. REPUTATION SCORE FOR BEING IN A GUILD: As mention several times during AMA Guilds are an important social network within the Pixels ecosystem where players meet, share and enjoy Pixels together. My best decision so far when I started to play Pixels was being introduced to a guild by a friend. They have their own Discord where we hang out, discuss goals and strategies, chat offline or while playing Pixels. Our guild has several NFT lands some public and one closed just only accessible for Guild members. Being able to do my daily tasks on a closed NFT land without having to worry if all industries are being used, trees are cut etc. and not having to roam open NFT lands to be able to do my daily tasks is a huge benefit. Pro: Buying a Guild shard burns Pixels. Add an emphasis for solo players to join social groups. Boost future Guild related events. (Guild wars) Cons: None Considerations: Guild reputation is only rewarded for one guild and does not stack. Guilds need to have an minimal X amount of members before guild reputation is rewarded to prevent players from creating a guild solo just for receiving Guild reputation. Guild reputation is removed when a player is no longer in any guild (has sold shard) like the VIP reputation which is removed after a player no longer has VIP. REDUCE INDUSTRY LIMIT GUILD NFT LANDS: The 2.5 update will likely bring a industry cap for NFT lands during phase 2 of the 2.5 update. While I understand the underlaying direction of the decision to cap industries I would love to see a benefit of guild NFT lands over public NFT lands by nullify or at least reduce the industry limit for NFT lands owned by a Guild. Pro: There is still an emphasis for Guilds to have a closed Guild NFT land for Guild members with the benefits for being in a Guild. This benefit will reduce when Guild members are forced to roam public lands to be able to do their daily tasks. It is less likely that guild owners owning several NFT lands are closing public lands and returning them to Guild only which might reduce the amount of public lands. Cons: None Considerations: None

Proposal for Game Enhancement - Pixels
I've been an ardent Pixels player, thoroughly enjoying the gaming experience. However, I've identified areas for improvement to boost user engagement and satisfaction. Here are my refined suggestions: Account Age Requirement: Set a minimum account age of 150 days for non-VIP users and 10 days for VIP users to access the marketplace. This not only ensures a dedicated user base but also helps prevent bot activities. Game Tasks for Non Vip Users: Introduce game tasks for both VIP and non-VIP players. For instance, completing 15 quests could grant non-VIP players the ability to make twenty trades per week. Discord Interaction: Foster community engagement by setting a weekly requirement for Discord messages. Users with over 250 meaningful messages (excluding spam) could be rewarded with a 10,000 - 30,000 berry withdrawal cap or increased trading limits, enhancing the community atmosphere. ID Verification Reward: Users completing ID verification during the airdrop phase should enjoy enhanced benefits, such as access to a maximum +100k berry withdrawal per month, for both VIP and non-VIP. Face Verification Challenge: Implement a face verification challenge on Discord with a monthly role reward. The challenge, not compulsory for everyone, should offer both increased trading limits and more withdrawals. It should be announced randomly and completed within a specified timeframe, adding an element of surprise. Weekly Skill Upgrade: Encourage players to upgrade at least four skills weekly, tied to increased trading limits, fostering skill development within the game. Gitcoin Passport Score: Introduce a Gitcoin Passport Score page, requiring a minimum of 25. VIP users could enjoy a monthly withdrawal of +300,000 berries, while non-VIP users could receive +100,000 berries. Monthly Threshold for VIP Coupons: Set a monthly threshold of 30k berries in a player's wallet to earn points for VIP coupons. Users can accumulate points of 0.001 weekly/monthly, and upon reaching 100%, they could be awarded a month of VIP status. Importantly, $berry must be earned through in-game activities and in-game sales, not trading. $Berry Burning: Introduce a building named "Token Obliteration Zone," where both VIP and non-VIP users can burn $berry weekly to generate pixel tokens upon release. A 1m berry burn should equate to 0.1%, with significant rewards for those with 46% and above, and greater rewards for those surpassing 90%. Introducing Withdrawal Levels: VIP players must attain a minimum of 10 skills score, calculated across all acquired skills in the game. For non-VIP players, there's a cap at 20 skills score, aiming to enrich the gaming experience. Introducing Strategic Withdrawal Charges for $berry Stability: Introduce withdrawal charges to regulate the $berry token economy. VIP players with accounts under 30 days old will incur up to a 20% charge per withdrawal, while non-VIP players will face up to a 30% charge. These charges will be burned, contributing to the scarcity of $berry tokens and promoting price stability. Fuy Gieri Quest: For new users without VIP, obtaining Hotatos can be challenging. Suggestions include: i. Non-VIPs burning at least 30,000 berry tokens in the Token Obliteration Zone to unlock 500 Hotatos, requiring a farming level of at least 12. ii. Players reserving more than 20k berry in their account for 2 months, receiving a 200 Hotatos airdrop. By implementing these measures, we aim to enhance the gaming experience, creating a secure and engaging environment for both VIP and non-VIP users. I express my interest in becoming a Pixels ambassador, confident in contributing valuable insights to further elevate the game's appeal. I appreciate your time and consideration. Looking forward to Pixels' continued success! Best Regards
